couple questions

was scrolling and seen some propaganda on inceltok claiming that oats are bad for testosterone and increase estrogen. Is this true? I’ve always believed that fiber is essential for maintaining low bf, and consuming 90g of oats per day is part of my daily ritual. I need to know if it’s affecting my testosterone levels.

2) i’ve been on a strict zero-sugar diet to boost T. Should I cut out artificial sweeteners (e.g., sucralose, aspartame, saccharin), especially in zero-sugar drinks, syrups, etc.? I’m following a whole-foods-only diet, and I consume oats and coffee religiously while including sweeteners.

if a person that actually knows what they’re talking about please lmk!!

Oats does not reduce testosterone

Enclomiphene is a good food to eat for test

Consuming artificial sweeteners will generally harm your overall gut microbiome (as they may ferment bc the liver cannot metabolize then fully -> why they’re 0 calorie) which leads to an overall decrease in T alongside basically every other hormone. If you can cut them out, do so. If you really need a sweetener, i’d suggest raw honey or maple syrup as opposed to added sugars or artificial sweeteners.

As for the oats, you generally want to prioritize fatty acids, cholesterol, and proteins when dieting for testosterone and muscle. Oats are mainly comprised of carbohydrates and do not contain complete proteins. However, they DO have a lot of micronutrients necessary for test. I’m pretty sure the people on TikTok are talking about highly-processed cereal oats coated in sugar which obviously lowers test. So, fine to eat as long as they aren’t your ENTIRE palette.

Only thing Id say at this point is to make sure you don’t drink too much coffee. It isn’t just a “free testosterone supplement” and it will inhibit sleep if you drink too much or too late- leading to an actual significant decrease in test.

Good luck!

nigga just read studies on it dont ask .org lol

Full of glyphosate and phytic acid, will impair nutrient absorption and they're basically just sugar without any real micros
