Smile lines while leanmaxxing

So, im 14, i went from 22% bf to 17% and now going to 12% /w high protein mid carbs high fats diet
After this I will eat st maintenance and recover hormones

But basically
I was in the gym today and i saw slight hollows, my zygos were popping out, my canine fossa was insanely deep, but i had smile lines. Is ts caused by the canine fossa?

How to solve this or reduce it
