realistically only threads and dissolving the fat works, everything else just masks the issue, never let anyone fill it.

what age do you reckon is the best to try and dissolve the fat the same way as u did it

it varies, but most people their fat shifts around in their 20's which either causes twink death or makes them look better.

you'd want to do it when it has settled and is stable so you don't remove too much.

what causes them to sag apart from gravity and bone structure. I have pretty bad ones and I'm only 21 (already had them at 14).
