is there any way to get rid of them or am I just boneless and cooked. they are not visible in good lighting but are anywhere else.

I am still in puberty I think but at one point when I still had them it was 12ish percent now it’s around 16ish

Use a fat dissolving agent on the fat just above the fold, or you can use PDO threads.
