That’s why smoking is so dangerous cause at the start it actually makes u calmer than calm and gives u a buzz and ur head is actually empty

So u start smoking when ur stressed but as u become addicted u become stressed because u don’t smoke

Essentially after that u do not even get a buzz smoking only gives u ur default calm back that you wouldn’t even need if u weren’t addicted
