Smoking cigarettes once a week as a nootropic

Since I cycle nootropics throughout the week I figure nicotine is a mild nootropic I can use on days off from stronger stimulants. Is it really that unhealthy to smoke cigarettes if youre literally just smoking 2-4 of them one day a week?

If you get cystic acne then dont do it.
