For hunger I would say gabapentin and some benzos though gabapentin would be a better option, sleep maybe clonazepam, Zopiclone or ambien which would also lower cortisol, to make the food taste better you could do intermediate fasting and eat one big meal combined with gabapentin, but as I mentioned before weed is easily accessible
