So do you eat a slop diet or high protein diet for the most growth?

Hard diet with nutrient dense foods is optimal and always will be. Slop diet means you aren't chewing which is a looksmin

Can't raw milk give u tuberculosis btw or is that a meme
Nah, meme. Like 3 people have died from drinking raw milk. You have a better chance of a coconut landing on your head and killing you. Just make sure you have a good source who are reliable. Like a good farmers market stand

As long as you get enough protein and calcium, it's 100% determined by genetics.

Most kids in the Netherlands or Montenegro grow up to be around 188cm+ despite eating Nutella, candy and potato chips.

Then you have wealthy kids in Vietnam eating perfect clean diets with lots of protein, calcium, nutritious foods, and they cap out at 172cm (5'7) due to their parents genetics.

People in countries where the average height is very high, have a historic background of eating tons of dairy and red meat products. The Netherlands had a blimp of poverty for 200 years though which temporarily made them short, but once they regained access to cheap red meat and milk products they skyrocketed back to an average of 183cm or 6'1.

Unless you are a starved North Korean and eat normal western food like everyone else, diet has minimal effect on your final height, which is determined by dozens or hundreds of genes. Pharma grade HGH as a teen can also overcome severe height deficiencies (while the growth plates are open - completely useless for height as an adult).

i only eat foods high in fibre

No but there is almost no difference in nutrients between raw and pasteurised milk

Raw milk is just riskier
Raw milk is based and traditional pasteurized is for soyboys!!!
