That was probably some poorfag coping. If it's done by a professional they will make sure the fillers are injected onto the bone. Mine hasn't moved. Besides, fillers are removable and not permanent like an implant.

The result of implamnts can be really good but if it turns out bad you're fucked. Pretty invasive surgery too
