no man you rub it under your eyebrow, it unironically did work to hood my left eye cuz previously only my right was hooded

is there unanimous consensus that fully hooded mogs partially hooded,seen a thread here sometime which said the latter is better sometimes, also does it increase undereye fat? Aegyo sal and undereye is a sign of youthfulness right so should i put the ice pack there?

no it didnt help my undereyes at all but your undereyes are fine imo. I dont really think hooding looks particularly good tbh, imo just having lowset eyebrows is enough for most people but hooding is a bonus ig. I just wanted to fix my assymmetry.

one thing you should remember to do is to raise you eyrbrows while doing it so you arent just rubbing the part thats ahead of your eyes and acc touching the part under the eyebrows

IMO the best thing is to only ice THE BROWS so you dont melt the white fat under your eyes (saw that today on forum actually)
brown fat gets increased in brows

Also ice hood the rest of the face with cold gel in packs (against inflamation and against white fat)
