I’ve been cutting for the past week and a half, and I’m already down five pounds, but I’m so hungry. I’m out of all fruit and vegetables and anything filling because I’ve ate it all already and my mom hasn’t got groceries yet. It’s so hard to not eat when I don’t have something to fill up like carrots or blueberries. Anyone have a recipe or something that will keep me filled, or like a special way to cook eggs to make them more filling?
