Assistant of the Doctor responded to me, and the Doctor studied my case based of my photo, it seems i need only a genioplastia and i dont need the Bimax part, i need to show some other evidences but it is pretty LIFEFUEL as FUCK TBH, i can make a Genio and even a sliding Genio to ascend with a large and square chin

Not having recessed maxilla or frontal bone is a serious chance for the wallet tbh
