Facial definition mostly comes from body fat %, try and get lean, drink water, cut down on sodium, higher intake of fiber (only speaking on face definition). However, some people can do all of this and still have a face with shitty zygos and hollow cheeks.

Raw Meat+ Raw Eggs (cooked are fine but raw is better)+ Raw unheated honey+Raw unsalted butter+ Raw Cream+ Fruits+ Quality starch (potatoes, white rice)+ Raw animal protein+ Juiced Vegetables

eggs, beef (steak, ground beef), fish (salmon, tilapia, cod, tuna), chicken, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables - cook food using olive oil
no need to eat the meat raw that shit is weird
not all calories are created equal - avoid processed foods at all costs (no fast food, mass produced items, junk food, candy, added sugars)
no need to limit sodium, just have more potassium and water
eat as much of that as u can while gymmaxxing (try not to train too hard or too long)
supplement with zinc, magnesium, vitamin d3, b complex, creatine, L-carnitine, and a protein powder
train specifically for performance (sprints, lighter weights {higher reps}, calisthenics)

And for the rest 30%carbs, 30%fats, 40%protein, single ingredient foods. Take your carbs around workouts and don't take carbs in the morning if you want to burn more fat and go for a jog.

I'm talking about like AGE and shit. I eat raw meat everyday now because muh health benefits and lazy
