You probably have contact dermatitis and most of the times it appears because of propylene glycol (not minoxidil, although it can happen because of minoxidil but it is more rare). So you can add ketoconazole shampoo 2% 2-4 times a week and even it might clear your contact dermatitis with topical minoxidil you are using now or you can switch to propylene glycol free minoxidil solution - most of them are in the foam version (but they are more expensive). Oral minoxidil are for people with heavy balding. You can also add to your regime microneedling once a week (till the redness/small bleeding on the scalp appear) and ketoconazole 2% is also "pro hair".

to be clear i used minox for my eyebrows, it worked for a few weeks without problems except dryness. Then i started to get eczemic reaction and swelling and went off it and applied eczema creme until it calmed down. So I switched from the liquid to the foam version and applied it just for few hours and i started to get the swelling again after this one time (but not as bad):feelswat: . Sounds like allergy to me but maybe I should try after a longer break:hnghn:
