Really depends om insertions. If they are higher on the ramus u will just look bloated.

As you as you feel your masseters working then you're fine. Even if you buccinators grow you can get them removed or reduced.

Yes it can and will with enough chewing however it may not be worth it and can potentially be a looksmin if your masseter muscle insertions are not aesthetic.

This is what masseter hypertrophy looks like. Depends on your face whether it suits you. There's evidence to suggest that chewing will give you visible bone-related changes in the long term but we'll have to wait a couple of years and see.
