your bone structure is all that combines for the ideal body with a FFMI that is average (19-21)

Muscles DO matter. Not as much as some people think, but it makes a difference.

I had milfs and Beckies come on to me more when I was in peak physical fitness. Too bad I'm a faggot and didn't slay any of them.

instead focus on ur face and height which are 100x more important then ur physique

I agree that lifting to get girls is cope. It's good to do it for other reasons tho'; like health, wellbeing, confidence, physical prowess and hormonal balance. All of those factors combined increases smv by a bit and I don't think it's a negligible effect.

One of the reasons I lift is also because muscles are metabolically active and I love to eat. I think you'd agree that being lean vs fat makes a significant difference to ones smv, right?

if you dont have much muscle mass, you may need to lift natty for abit to put some on before you cut
For the average male with normal T he will have a FFMI between 19-21 already which is enough to not have stick arms,but yes if ur a low t skinny beta bitch then natty lifting is necessary
