No that’s implant. But that shape would be extremely flavored for natural bone

We lose around 30% of implant coz it degrades and we need big enough deisgns to actually poke through the skin and show definition 🤙🤙🤙🚬🚬🚬🚬. This looks big but will be just fine irl yakhi 🤙🤙🚬🚬🚬🚬

i posted so many designs in this forum
I meant flared, not flavored
ok, but thats the idea ?

i posted so many designs in this forum, all were qualified as total BS
But i finally understood what people would say = only the pointy gonion should flare away from ramus and oblique.

I didn't get it cause i thought it was gonna be a spike across the jaw..
i still cant belive that is this forum's definition of flared gonions, where did you get that ? are you passing people ct scans for profession ?

the gonion is flared // to the jaw joint so why would it be too much ? it's about 9/10mm

absolutely. the design MUST seem overboard at glance or it wont have enough definition with soft tissues & muscles over it

Yes it is, although it isn’t a real design, it’s a morph of a design.

Here is an example in a real design that is more natural.

do you have a pic of his face after the implant is fitted
I don’t think this patient is showing before and afters but I also have other/similar cases I can show on zoom

How much would you charge to look at a few of my pics and give your opinions on my situation?

@RealSurgerymax Ty for the response.

I have 3 questions if you may respond to , thanks

1-So your design is more natural cause you got to have "straight" ramus and oblique part and only then the flare of the gonion, is that so ?

2-in the morph i showed, it's only the gonions that is flared, so it would be uncanny spiky or not necesseraly ?

3- the gonion of your pics is not "sharp" is that sharper would be bad ?

4- How to determine how much flare you need ? i assumed that gonion should be verticaly aligned with jaw joint, in your pics it's still before that

TY very much i think you would help lot of forumers with those answers

If its only flare that matters

it depends what it looks like in 3D sometimes it can looks really sharp from the front view but it’s still naturally Blume enough when you look from the side.

When people make them too sharp and angles it’s unnatural and it will poke out under or the masseter muscle and you will get “implant reveal” which some users here have gotten and needed revision for. It’s a balance to do this in 3D and every case is different. Since that is a morph I can’t tell which would be better.

There are other trucks to designing jaw angle implants beyond this as well.

Bro got implants at 40

@RealSurgerymax

Can you explain the others details you're talking about ?
Please Man i've been searching over a year..
Thank you very much already

So too sharp/spiky will indeed come trough soft tissues and look Fake...
=> If i understand well : only the flare matter regardless of the form because to have flare you got to have small angle anyway, so even a rounded one but flared is great and more naturel.
The chads sharp jaw is an illusion of spiky only because of the flare ?
