Brutal bullying for my looks started when I was 12 years old.

I got into the blackpill at age 20 when I was still KHHV and borderline autistic, back in 2020.

Blackpill made me realize I need extreme surgeries to live a life worth living. I dropped out of university after year 1, started 2 somewhat successful companies, had some cope surgeries done, traveled the world, ascended this year BEFORE having bimax.

Then had bimax in August. Had GF for a while, got back to university now preparing for transfer to an ivy league transfer.

Final stages for implant surgery planing are ahead, will get zygo and jaw angle implants in February.

The entire purpose of my life and everything that I have fought for the past 4 years has vanished in the last 2-3 months.

What's next now?

What comes in life after the blackpill?

I'm seriously on the outlook for answers and a new purpose of life.

Pagnoni says jaw angle implants after chin wing surgery or bimax is not a good idea, since the masseter tissue is already fibrotic (thinned out due to scar tissue) which will make the gonial implants poke through the masseter muscle and look uncanny.

Since you both surgeries already on seperate occasions, you are highly likely to have a high degree of fibrotic tissue.
In the end the implants will look uncanny and pierce the skin.

That is at least how he explained it to me. I also had a chin wing + bimax and thus inquired about gonial implants to him.

Maybe discuss this with him before you do the surgery.

What surgeries you got before bimax?

What were these cope surgeries? And why were they cope?

Would getting jaw angles at the same time with bimax make this affect better
