general rule is eat healthy

if ur a gymcel carbs before workout are OK for a pump and energy. but just take pre tbh.
 
timing legit doesnt matter unless youre trying to fuel for a workout or youre a professional bb
damn, i just assumed it was sum important since i remember some bs t nation article saying theres an optimal time to eat low fat or high this at this specific hour
