Social anxiety and high inhibition is ruining my life

I am 15 year old. Atleast mtn. I am able to function in society. I cannot build a meaningful relationship with anyone. I see any form of playfulness as an obstacle. I am so embarrassed to not have a girlfriend. I haven't dated in 6 months. I just need help. I know that there are people who have life way worse than I do. But I just need help from someone.
