too bad I have autism and am just socially retarded
 
I find sleep to be really important for social anxiety, when I'm sleep deprived I become considerably more self-conscious I notice.
for me the opposite, i become completly psychotic when i dont sleep well and want to kill everything
 
You just gotta pretend nothing you do is awkward and you can gaslight people into believing youre not.
The other day a dude left me hanging on a fistbump (didnt notice me) and i just calmly kept my fist out for 10 seconds until he fistbumped me. Imagine if i just went "aww shucks" and put my hand in my pocket
 
These coaching videos aren't useful imo. You're simply not gonna sing when the crowd is booing you, you can't change that. It's evolutionarily hard wired into us. If you don't get positive feedback, you're just not gonna do it.
