I have scoliosis, adhd, mild depression, general/social anxiett, ulcerative colitis, chronic back pain, acute shoulder pain, acute ankle pain, noorwoding.

Never began for me tbh

i drank way more this month and i noticeably became lower inhib, granted only friends and mates of them whilst just chatting but i did notice a difference

but i do need to stop drinking and shit diet after 31 dec
