i am on accutane so i can't, tho i used to drink to loosen up, the problem is all that anxiety catches up when i wake up in the morning and i feel like i made a fool of my self

i do all of that, the thing is it fluctuates and one day i am nt the next day i am as nd as it comes

How high doseage? from my experience you can get away with light drinking with a little buzz but im not too sure

taking drugs wont last, be in more social situations more often until you get comfortable

i know i can have a couple of drinks occasionally, the problem is the anxiety after the buzz wears off is much worse

Fair enough and prob too risky to keep topping it up when on accutane, you could try phenibut (havent tried myself yet) but idk what its reaction would be paired with accutane
