I'm so fucked socially I get heart palpitations whenever I have to speak to someone I don't know .I get ashamed of everything I do.I literally don't take the bus to school anymore because it makes me anxious.It's really demoralizing when you have to hide in the bathroom every time I'm alone on campus because I get too anxious.
