i have driving theory test in three days and I’m very nervous and overthinking everything. What can i take to calm myself down and hopefully remove my social anxiety for some time.

Aight, is the effect immediate or is it like you need to take for a while?Sounds cope but L-theanine.
Pharma stuff if taken for the first time may have unpredictable effects for some

It’s very weird I’ve never been like this but this year I’ve felt stress and now my nervous system is very like weak. I’m nervous about not remembering my last 4 digits in my personal number that I need for the test and that I’m not gonna make it in because i haven’t done something right and I’m nervous about the actual testWhat are you nervous about
Okay thanks30 mins maybe an hour
Then just write everything downIt’s very weird I’ve never been like this but this year I’ve felt stress and now my nervous system is very like weak. yeah thanks bro I need to just take things as it is and just try til I make it. But that is very hard for me but yeah will try to write it down and not make it as a huge problem if I fail or if something doesn’t go the way I would want I to go.Then just write everything down
What's the worst that could happen, you fail? I failed my first driving test and consider myself top percentile drivers out there. Failing is nothing to worry about, you can just retake it
Being nervous is fine, part of life. No need to suppress it, owning it is betteryeah thanks bro I need to just take things as it is and just try til I make it. Yes thank you this made me feel a little betterBeing nervous is fine, part of life. No need to suppress it, owning it is better
I was such a nervous wreck that I was frozen solid on a left turn for a few light turns, everyone honking at me and flipping me off. After the test I knew exactly what my problems were, fixed them, retook the test and aced it. Now when I think about it I laugh. Make for a funny story
Nervousness is from fear of unknown, once that's eliminated, worst case you fail, 2nd time or even 3rd time you're gonna crush it more easily
Failing is fine, as long as you know how to learn from it
