I've noticed the people that were previously socially cringe and are now "normal" have a super odd vibe about them and the way they talk seems very rehearsed and try hard (trying to tell "funny" anecdotes, have a weird "fake charismatic" voice, etc). It's so unnatural and you can tell they watch Charisma on Command or things like that. You also can tell they practice saying these rehearsed type phrases in their room.

Do you guys think there is a highly innate factor to social intelligence or can it be completely learned? I feel like the person that comes off as authentically socially adept doesn't do any of this BS practice and is just that way.

You are given potential through your genes and then it's down to your upbringing and where you social environments were outside of the family home.

Most Zoomers are shut-in gamers, so their social nurture has been totally shit. Hence we have more mental illnesses than ever before today and hence we have more socially awkward and stiff mother fuckers than we've ever had before today.

What the Black Pill community is for large part, outside of guys that are actually sub 4 in looks, is guys who have no social skills and/or many friends... trying to compensate for their lack of social finesse due to inexperience, through having super good looks. They know this will fast-track their way up the social-ladder, while being excused for quiet moments. In other words they want to be able to fake it till they can make it. Then gradually be able to talk more etc and what not. I've noticed this.

I think some people on here essentially want to disappear (social isolation) and then reappear a "different person", where people will be like "wow, you look a lot better", and then they can kind of transform their personality to be more confident and charismatic.

Reality: Hey man! What's up, I haven't seen you in a long time. (No comment on extremely marginal facial change, no confidence boost, just wasted your time rotting).

It can be done though. It just requires immense character. You need to meditate and reinvent yourself. Forget your old ego. It's hard to do but not impossible.

Use the site Meet-Me and turn up to random social events which strangers attend. Loads of clubs, activities etc etc.

Doesn't need to be old-foes. In this internet age it's always possible. The trouble is women find it easier to do than men because with men you always gotta sell yourself. With women you just gotta slut yourself if you're not good looking and look yourself if you are.

So true. I can't stand the fake charisma voice.

This other day I was at a party and this tall white guy with like a 4psl face was waving his arms and head around projecting his voice and shit. It felt like I was talking to a videogame character or something.

It could also be a result of covid making people less social and then losing skills as well
