They form very early so I strongly believe it comes from your parents and the adults in your life not immersing you in enough, not having enough people over, just not enough reps. You can kinda catch up and get by in college but the real world is much harder, but also even being unanimously likable won’t make up for not knowing enough people. So if you’re deficient socially start planning a career in the trades or something else that’s more task based than networking based.

very wrong tbh unless you're like 35 and have been rotting in a bedroom for 20 years, and even then maybe

its true that its heavily dependent on your experiences and positive reinforcement at a young age (school, early high school) but you can absolutely become more social by working on it. using a gaba inhibitor sparingly can make those early exposure days easier too
