When I ascended my inner monologue shut off almost entirely when talking with other people. I just went by my emotions 100% of the time and it worked much better.

When I was 40 lbs heavier I would be consciously thinking when I would talk and it was clunky.

I would just spit from the top of my head afterwards and the flow was amazing and it literally felt good to do.

You literally shouldn't be consciously socializing, it does nothing, social skills are just cope for having to process how to respond to someone with more status

Your body does all of the gestures and inflections automatically. Consciously putting them on does nothing and at worse is a sign that you're forcing something and coming across badly

Manually socializing is like manually breathing. You can do it and maybe there are esoteric benefits but it's a waste of effort.

That's how it's supposed to be, users here think too much, Never think before you act

You placebo'd yourself. You could have had the same personality when you were heavier.

But even if you're only going with emotions, there's still a skill to be developed through practice.

Some sub-Skills:

* Different Styles of Humor, being able to make different types of people laugh
* Not falling into the verbal traps of guys who want to clown you.
* Negotiation
* Story Telling
* Persuasion
* Flirting
* Seduction
* Pumping up some one's emotions
* Different personality types

Same with courtship it just automatically happens. If mating dances weren't instinctual animals would go extinct.

Game is a "what the fuck" concept

Dominance (actually being high social status, not LARP) gives you all of these automatically

Just go by what makes you feel good and avoid what makes you feel bad, done

Yes, but you can further enhance them through practice.
Imitating dominance is the same as challenging people who already have it. If you win you'll turn into what I describe in OP

Social skills aren't' what you should be spending your time on if you're not looksmaxed and making a solid income already.

Practicing Social Skills has lower ROI on life quality, than those other activities.

But if you have more social skills, people will like spending more time around you.

People like to laugh, it's why we pay comedians. If you can make people laugh, more people, including girls will want to be around you.

People like to feel other emotions too, so if you can make different kinds of people feel different emotions, they'll want to spend more time around you.

If you fall into another guy's trap and he clowns you, women will loose some attraction for you. So if you were good enough before, you might not be any more.

I hear what you're saying, if you look ugly, you are expected to provide even more social value to make up for that ugliness. Not to boost you, just to make up for that ugliness.

But if you're good looking, and rich, and funny, and know how to play with people's emotions, you'll do better than a good looking, rich guy, who's awkward and has no or average social skills.
