How to socialize? Talk to people fluently? Because i always shutter and use fill in words in convs like "y-yeah so is.. your mom.. like.. fine?" And this shit pisses me off. Especially talking to foids and not having enough test and confidence

Try to do small steps like talking to the window then go to the market and ask questions about fruit or shit or working people in the eye

Also seeing a psychiatrist or a speech expert can fix your “social anxiety “ and make you speak more fluently

You don't because it's not genuine to "try and be a social person" when you don't feel like socializing.

It goes against your very own nature/design at this current point. Why force what isn't meant to be?

What you should ask yourself is, "Why am I NOT a social person?" rather than, "How to fake being social?"

If FOR ANYTHING you have to plan extensively ahead -- rather than it be more spontaneous -- it's likely the wrong thing then.

You have to first understand the fundamental issue of your problem, you have trouble socializing, you stutter and use filler words because you have a high baseline anxiety when it comes to social situations, that's probably all your problem is, and there are only TWO solutions for this.
  1. Exposure Therapy: Most straight forward one, if you don't socialize, you'll have an anxiety around it, which will make future social circumstances worse, which will reinforce that fear and maybe even make you avoid such situations. You need to man-up and force yourself to socialize, the more you're exposed to such circumstances the more calm you're going to be the next one, so there will be less fear, so less stuttering and filler words. Issue is, this takes an uncomfortable amount of time, and you will mess up just as much as you do that initially, but that's what it takes.
  2. Medication: The "easier" one however is just using anxiolytic medications, you can use the more "cope" things like supplements (ashwagandha, l-theanine, rhodiola) or go for the hard stuff (phenibut, benzos, etc). The anxiolytic drugs have the issue that they can only be used situationally, because most of them leave you feeling drunk or are highly addictive, so use these at your own risk, I'd only do them when you have a situation where you NEED to perform at your best, but note that this will not do that about how you feel when you stop using the medications.
Overall, the best thing you can do is socialize more than you do that, no other way around it bro. Think of it like wanting to squat 405, but squatting only once every two weeks, if you wanna improve then you have to be squatting more often, with more weight, with slower technique, using variations, as much practice as you can. Same thing with socializing, you have to train the social muscle.

But that's hard, and you probably won't do it to be honest, that's fine honestly, if you want a piece of advice to make sure you have the best odds at keeping up with this is make it into a habit, set a specific date and hour to practice your socialization deliberately, and do it as often as you feel comfortable.
