Socializing didnt worked for me

Normies just dont want me around them man.Incels irl dont exist so i cant talk to them.Years of rotting and social isolation fucked me up.Im not interesting enough to be in a social circle with normies and i didnt have the social skills.I have nothing to offer why would they want a awkward sub5 around them.

I have good charisma and in 1-to-1 situations I do well. But I'm not nt and so in groups I isolate myself and end up not talking

kinda same i cant be the centre of attention i neither that interesting to be i cannot talk in front of a lot of people so in groups im isolating myself too

once i overheard one of my 'friends' saying to another watch how long he doesn't talk for or something while filming me with his phone

that was the last time i tried to force my way into their group (my old school friend group who i ate lunch with but never really belonged).

In these cases physical appearance counts only to a certain extent, even if you are good-looking you end up in these situations.
