1: Find a friend. Preferably one that already dislikes your target.
2: Tell the friend that you want to spread a rumor. If you don't, they might ruin the thing.
3: Go with your friend to a place with a bunch of people and spread the rumor indirectly. Example:
You: "Bro is it true that Kanye West died? I hope it isn't"
Your friend: "Yes, apparently someone broke into his house and shot him. Must be some gang war thing"
Someone will always overhear the conversation and spread the rumor.
It's better than telling it directly to someone who you want to spread it because they may tell the target it was you who told them the rumor.
