Instagram is important. Yes, looks trumps everything but status can halo you and shouldn't be underestimated.
You need an instagram account with a lot of followers and a good follower to following ratio. Instagram is the main social media nowadays that everyone uses and you must have it. When you socialmaxx outside and meet new people, the most common way you keep in touch with them is through instagram 9/10 times. And if they see that you have a subhuman ratio or barely any followers they assume you're a nerd who isn't respected by people and might not even follow you back.
Think about it. A guy who follows 500 people but only has 300 followers is probably a loser, he follows 200 people that don't give a fuck about him and likes their posts while they probably don't even remember he exists. But he keeps following them, meaning he is accepting to be disrespected and is okay with it, it's pretty cucked. Basically it's the same as being a beta orbiter doing infinite favours to a foid while knowing you'll never get anything in return and being okay with it.

If you have a positive ratio then it's like you are the popular guy who doesn't have time for others but they still follow you because they respect you and accept getting cucked by you, it's pretty alpha. Currently, I'm ratiomaxxing with 511 followers and following 390 people. I check if someone I follow has a subhuman ratio and if they do I just unfollow them, they never notice since they are already being disrespected by 100's of others anyway. Once a foid started following me, I followed her back. She a while after unfollowed me thinking she could use me to boost her ego. She got unfollowed immediately LOL. And soon after that she started following me again. Never again did she ever unfollow me, she learned that she needs to respect me cause I ain't gonna be her bitch. If you let people use you they abuse it and see you as an inferior beta, you gotta demand respect by only giving it to those who respect you.
I have a slut friend and she was talking about it. As a foid obviously she gets tons of thirsty guys on her dms and she said that if a guy has a pathetic negative ratio she gets turned off over text.
