they arent noticeable if you wear more than 1 layer of socks so it evens out, also wearing long/baggy pants helps cover it up so its unnoticeable

i got some random ones off temu which are also slippery, so i tend to use tight socks so it sticks to my heel. I combine these with my shoe lifts which take me from ~5'10 to roughly 6'1

For normal lifts just buy anyone. It doesn’t matter

You're supposed to wear them inside shoes, otherwise they might slip to the side if you make a wrong step...Just buy elevator shoes and be done with it

Buy some yeezy slides or foam runners then, those are sandals and ppl might let you use them inside their home, or look into some balenciaga shoe/sandal designs, those brands are very heightpilled

what I do is put on ankle socks, then on the ankle socks I put the lifts and then put a normal Nike sock on that. That way it doesnt get slippery because of the sweat and it feels pretty stable. I can walk around the house normally with them on

Those are for shoes, the shoe keeps them and the foot in place, if you wear socks they might slip so they would need a fixation system that wraps around, like in the case of regular sock lifts(these only support the heel though) - so a hybrid approach would be needed - a combination between sock lifts and shoe lifts.
