Most are from a youtube channel called "dnrd" or "neroangelo". But you may find some of these ascensions on reddit as well. Their real users have posted their experience

All these guys did it right with non-cope softmaxxes (body recomp/skincare) the hardmaxxing/surgery where necessary

The last one is all fillers, not jaw implants like it says, but it's an immediate filler result which is misleading. Also lense distortion was used in that post.

are implants good for minor alterations to the jaw (such as achieving sharper, slightly wider gonions), or are there better things to do in that scenario
