i dont have any hard gum so i usually chew on soft gum for long periods of time (Like hours) is ts bad

or is this what i should do since i see it as if you have a light dumbell you should do more reps to stimulate the same effect of lifting heavy

so am i correct?

man im in singapore i cant buy gum unless i buy from online
for the weight im not sure i js go failure

no bro im not actually talking about a situation with a weight im actually asking if chewing soft gum till i feel a little pain is what i should do until i get hard gum

you feeling pain shouldn't be normal u js chew until u rlly cant chew anymore.stop if u feel pain.for the weight go for high reps

don't chew for hours at a time, 1hr at most, if ur doing 4+ a day it's not a good idea

Well if you want them to grow i would chew something harder for a short time, not to much that u get tmj. Like running a thousand steps won't grow your legs as much as 12 weighted leg lifts I think all mucle is similar that way idk tho

Yes this should work but it’ll definitely take longer than hard gum to see any results

mastic gum and shit is all cope, i try to do as little movement with my face as possible to prevent aging, aside from bonesmashing ofc.

which I do on the daily.
