My base (18-20% body fat) is something I'm taking advice on;
I want to be a confirmed hhtn
Morning: 10 minutes of sun, then a 15-20 minute walk
followed by core exercises.
Then: core exercises: - 3 minutes of core exercises + max crunches - 5 sets of 2 minutes 30 seconds rest
Brushing my teeth for 3 minutes - Cold water on my face for 5 minutes -
Gentle face wash with CeraVe product -
A little moisturizer - La Roche-Posay under-eye concealer -
Niacinamide + salicylic acid serum and vitamin C serum -
Lip balm -
Mewing all day and 20 minutes of hard mewing per day
Leanmax -
Chest + triceps + shoulder workout - Back + biceps workout (once every 3 days) - Neck training (3 times per week) - Cardio 3 times per week (15 minutes of HIIT)
Diet (flakes oats + vegetables + fruit + chicken + tuna + olive oil + whey protein) - less than 500 calories
Supplements -
Omega 3
-Zinc -
Magnesium
Ashwagandha
Sleep 8-10 hours on my back (with the help of cannabis, not too much, just a little)
