to me it kinda confirms what iam thinking for the chin. The post op looks weirdly like class3 over projection with chin that points upward. But idk sometimes you get this feeling only because it’s a simulation.

But I gotta say I agree with you the upper lip looks better here and that might fix one of your failo. But iam not sure the simulation is accurate when it comes to lips (you can clearly see how it moves is very unnatural).

To me improvement won’t be drastic if we’re being realistic. And the chin should really not be reduced in height and moved upwards like that.

Also it’s @vermicel you should’ve mentioned

is this your first surgery plan? I would get 2-3 plans from different surgeons and compare. Ideally you would get a surgery plan from someone like Walline or Gunson and then take this to that Brazilian nigga and hope he is not too retarded to replicate it

Very minimal diff at the end of the day .
But no height reduction is better after looking back and forth imo

people perceive attractiveness in less than a second. if you can’t notice a difference between the two images in that time (i certainly can’t), then there is no meaningful change.

It’s a side profile surgery also from the skin stretching effect I think it’ll be a big change

Such minimal change, maybe on the side profile yes but nothing smv changing.

Bimax can do wonders on very obvious cases, but in your case I wouldn’t pay that price either. But we might not have the same finances
