I would rate myself low mtn and hope this would get me to a high mtn-low htn
Im going to cut out all foods high in processed sugar/carbs and focus on eating an animal based diet
Fix my Posture (While sleeping, sitting, walking and breathing)
Clear my skin with tret and maybe a derma roller
Perfecting my sleep schedule
Minimising stress
Will any of these help my bones make me look better in the long term at 17 if i do this consistently for years, if not is there anything that would?
What else could i add to this list?
