I would rate myself low mtn and hope this would get me to a high mtn-low htn
Im going to cut out all foods high in processed sugar/carbs and focus on eating an animal based diet
Fix my Posture (While sleeping, sitting, walking and breathing)
Clear my skin with tret and maybe a derma roller
Perfecting my sleep schedule
Minimising stress
Will any of these help my bones make me look better in the long term at 17 if i do this consistently for years, if not is there anything that would?
What else could i add to this list?

Processed carbohydrates break down into the body as glycogen and glucose.
Same with the carbohydrates in the fruit.
But it would be helpful to replace other carbohydrates with fruits mostly.

The plan is good if you’re young,how old are you?
 
Apart from posture, skin and sleep, the rest is cope / will make little to no difference.

Also add getting lean to the list.

Dye ur eyebrows and lashes dark black, minoxidil on them too, use a glp1 with clenbuterol to get to 10% bf or js use clen alone, tretinoin 0.05%, colored lenses slightly lighter than ur natural eye color (make sure they have limbal rings) accutane if ur nose is wide
