Bonesmash, zygopush, use volufiline and boost your hormes like test, dht... to increase bonemass

Yes I do it every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I also work out and take creatin, calcium and ashwagandha to increase dht and testosterone so my bones heal faster and more efficient.
Many people say that seeing results takes many months but that's cope, if you do it right you see them definitely faster

Btw use a rubber head hammer (the small one not the big) or you'll fuck up your skin very fast, for example I bonesmashed by chin w a normal hammer and it started bleeding, after it "healed" I couldn't bonemsash it for 3 months because my skin ripped over and over

Yes but make sure that your first skin layer doesn't tear otherwise it will cause bleeding and slower skin recovery
