Softmax for wider lips

Are there ANY softmax for getting wider lips? Not fuller but wider. My lips are kinda narrow compared to my nose and its holding me back so bad. Already planning on getting a rhino if hydrocortisone doesnt work but i also want wider lips(if there isnt a softmax,surgery can be an option too just tell me the fix)

I assume the way your body reacts is similar to canthal cutting which people say they have to re-cut every 6 months so prepare for that lol I may be wrong

I answered the same question on another thread. First of all it hurts so bad but you are probably prepared for it anyways. Second of all it is EXTREMELY hard to cut the corners of your mouth without infecting the surrounding area. I fucked it up the first time and people immediately noticed and told me I looked like Jeff the killer. I didn't exactly measure if it did something but there is a clear difference in some pics. It could also just be a placebo effect tho

Dude same I need 5mm to get to a 1.4 ratio which is still unideal but better than 1.3. Sounds like autism math but it's exactly like that
