Softmax tips and any Orthodontics

I have alote of flaws but my main one which I hate is my recessed maxilla
It makes me looks boneless, which I am and nerfs my side profile.
Is their any softmaxx tips that can be recommened and any cosmetic orthodontic appliances I should use for my maxilla and my other recessions?

I was thinking of bonesmashing and hoping the ossification of hematomas can occour and potentially save my Zygos, Going on a cut, tanning and trying different techniques to help my outer upper lips more full.

You look bloated/ fat or maybe you’re just boneless, idk ur bf%. Go ortho and ask them the best course of action for a flat profile, say you want more forward growth

It's not that bad. If you want to use orthodontics ask your dentist not some random people on a forum. Things you could do:
-Fix your skin with accutane
-Get tan with MT2
-Get around 10% bodyfat
-Get blue or light green coloured contacts

You can be straight forward. Or you could say that you have very big insecurities/get bullied. I would say the second because they're not giving you a palletal expander for free if you just say that you want one.
