I'm cutting all sugars, i'm fucking sick of being a ance normie looking like a burned pizza, i'm also trying out Green tea concentrate, im talking about a real concentrate, like 20 tea bags in 2 lts of water.
I finally had the money to Buy some potassium cloraide so I can debload my fat fucking face.
Shit was expensive as fuck.
Also i'm going on 4.5 km walks bc walking burns fat way better than joggin.
