just get an mse you wont get any process with thumbpulling just think about it if it takes so much time with mse that applies constant pressure 24/7 to expand bit and bit till its taken off do you imagine how long it will take with thumbpulling jfl.

I think my maxilla is pretty good. My orthodontist says my teeth are in perfect positions its just my palate is too narrow

No it don’t because it’s not strong enough , don’t target the sutures correctly and cause stress in gum , so thumb pulling is biggest cope
