Its not really noticable here but my philtrum is long( 18 mm) and it fucks my harmony

The chin is recessed because the lower jaw is recessed. However, you still have forward growth (quite a bit actually) which is good.
You're not chopped, I'm simply saying that Trimax (Bimax + Genio) would ascend you and I think you'll be happy with the result.
Also just a genio would suffice, however the underlying issue would be fixed with Orthognatic surgery.
The long philtrum is corrected when you do Bimax + CCW rotation. It will not shorten the philtrum per se (because Bimax doesn't cut the flesh or shorten it) however it will change the angle enough to make it appear shorter.
Overall you are pretty good looking, maybe start going to the gym and stuff.

Brother, if you have money and time, anything you do (surgery, supplements, etc.) will improve how you look. I don't think you are bad looking, quite the opposite actually. However I can tell that you are tweaking because you are fixed on one or more features of your face. The shortened "LOOK" of the philtrum is an indirect effect of Bimax. Lip lift directly intervenes in the area, actually shortening the philtrum. In short, if you have the money, go for both. If you don't, it's not the end of the world because it's more an "extra" thing you can do.
