I notice a lot of people here are in fantasy land that putting your tongue on roof, avoiding plastic or working out will make you better looking somehow.

Don't be fooled here, nothing you do past puberty will change your bone structure. Your looks are barely affected even if you do every softmax in the world.

The only softmax that actually works is getting lean. The rest is nonsense time waste to distract yourself.

The steps are

1. Get lean
2. Consider if you want or need surgeries..

You could get lean and still be bloated in the face with acne and thinning hair if you don't have a good diet/lifestyle

Also knowing how to groom your features ascends, childhood bsf couldn't recognize me after 2 years because of this

health indicators are important but if you're lean then you probably don't eat pure shit, still, its good to get some sun exposure at the morning or evening to get some red light for that glow on the skin, and avoiding salts/carbs to debloat, softmaxxes really make a difference but only once you're already attractive to begin with, you're right for the most part of course surgery is the way for basically everyone on the forum, frauds can help but just as softmaxxing it only really benefits you if you're already attractive, using muh lifts and makeup as a boneless aspie wont really make a difference
