alr so basically ill start from the top and work down the face.
Hair - cut it to texture the top while keeping it short enough on the sides to emphasize my jaw.
Eyebrows - 3 month minox (not done), dyed, trimmed slightly, bonesmashing on inner ridge and nasal bridge.
Eyelashes - recent minox, dyed.
Nose - heard mewing helps with a very small range of upward tilt on your nose (millimeters if anything). Massages and upward pulls blah blah none of it really works but it helps in the moment sometimes.
Eyes - I feel like the work I did on my eyes was the most satisfying. Tons and tons of massaging, bonesmashing on the outer lower socket, moisturizing lotion, and better sleep plus, less fat on the under eye(mayb idk), unfortunately, i have done a few dozen sessions of microcuts on my orbitals, i know its the worst possible method in all of lm, but i have to try something, im being safe and controlled, yes its still the most retarted shit ive done.
Cheeks/Cheekbones - Bonesmashing on zygos mainly not much else to do.
lips/philtrum - WORK IN PROGRESS, i have a brutal thin top lip, and my philtrum is long asl, coping with lep presses, similar to mewing, im actively pushing my lips together, slightly, so they almost pucker naturally. im starting volluf soon hopefully, but other than that ive only really brushed them for better color, as they are pretty light.
Jaw/Ramus - Another fun one, definitely one of my stronger points in my face, got lucky with bones
, my face was very asymmetrical however, so i started to eat and chew gum on my weak side, about 5 months of that, its noticeably better, i also slept on my good side, trying to equal out the previous bad habits. Bonesmashed everything pretty much, all the jaw bone on and near the ramus, including the turning point and on the under jaw, saw some
improvements, could be cope who knows atp. Teeth? - Got invisalign, they were bad, now there pretty good, got whiter as well. This wasnt really planned tho. It did help my midface tho slightly by evening the teeth so it was symmetrical or at least slightly better.
Chin - Bonesmash, I think its helped a little.
Neck - Mew bro, hard asf all the time, it sucks so much at first, youll be yawning and your eyes will water. its definitely the easiest and most effective change if your not already doing it. IMPORTANT, actively pushing upwards WILL make results better, at least in my case it did. taking breaks and resting your tongue on the roof of your mouth is good and recommended.
Skin - On an acne treatment rn, benozyl, its bullshit dont use it takes ages, only reason im on it is cus my mom wanted me to try it b4 accutane. moisturizing lotion, and just started using the fluid brush or wtv? supposed to like brush your face, ill lyk if that works idk yet tbh.
Overall/Other - Almost no sodium rn, just started hopefully ill get results soon, havent been as debloated as i want. also starvemaxxing lol, pretty much 1 meal a day, and then potassium high snacks throughout the rest, lots of water, and body armor occasionally. Also eating lots of carrots apparently that can “tan” your face.
