My first thread, just sharing some things I’ve done to escape sub5 hell. Please read and share thoughts + advice
High ROI - what did most of the work:
Accutane
- Saved my horrible acne when nothing else I tried before it would
- Slightly reduced width of nose
- Made my skin + lips dry asf and hypersensitive to the sun. Gave me joint pain during wrestling and lifting. also made my nose bleed pretty easily
- Prob reduced my growth by a lil bc during the 7 months I took it I didnt grow, and after that I grew like 2 inches in a year, so take that as you will.
- Def worth it tho, the side effects were nothing compared to being a pizza face looking mf having to hear “ew mommy whats wrong with his face” , “yo bro do u wash your face” , etc.
- Dont remember exactly how much I took. I got it prescribed and I started with a low dose then moved onto a moderate dose.
- Still get a few pimples occasionally after stopping but its nothing compared to before. damn near a dif person just from this thats how bad it was.
Losing bodyfat + Nutrient dense foods
- Pretty obvious why this helps
- Had to recover from falling for the gymcell dirty bulk propaganda. Went from around low to mid 20s% bodyfat to now around 15% by doing a shit ton of cardio (muay thai training, lots of walking outside and at work, etc.)
- Don’t be a dumbass and nuke your test by doing a huge cal deficit or low fat diet. Prioritize foods with fat soluble vitamins (raw or rare if cooked) beef, eggs, dairy not all the low fat protein snacks void of nutrients (sure it will get you lean but unless your roidmaxxing your test will be in the gutter). Fats and proteins are gonna keep you more satisfied. Hydrating fruits like pineapple are good before workouts, but keep in mind fructose raises your ghrelin (hunger hormone) and reduces lepton(full hormone) so keep that in mind. as long as your mostly eating animal foods and avoiding goyslop, seed oils, toxins, etc. your gonna be a healthy mf
- supplements: pm - magnesium , melatonin (when necessary), am - msm w glucosamine , imo most if not all supplements are toxic just get nutrition from real food. your an iqlet think minerals and vitamins from a pill made from shit scraps is the same as what you get from raw meat or organs. the way your body processes them and uses them is night
- Some people that I take nutrition advice from: Aajunos Vonderplanitz, Resident Raw, and FaceIQ on YT
-P.S. in puberty you shouldnt be trying to get crazy lean just enought to increase your insulin sensitivity and androgen sensitivity (around 14-16%) to reap those benefits then just chill there
-me personally i didnt track my cals just ate mostly only beef, eggs, and dairy. and i occasionally would do raw egg fasts
- and before some of yall mf’s come at w talking about some “primal diet is cope genetics are law” . im not saying the raw primal diet will save your fucked bone structure ,i agree genetics will do most of the work, but it will certainly ascend your health indicators. if you eat this way in developmental yrs than your bone structure will be much better off that it would be living of the modern slop. and keep in mind your genetics are affected by the diet / nutrition of your parents and the generations and ancestors before them, so dont be cracking no vegan ltb’s lmao
Hyoid , Neck, and Massatter training
- Normal mewing and hard mewing throughout the day. Gave me better submental region
- Chin tucks throughout the day w holds. Gave me better submental region and now gives me the appeance of having more forward growth
- Heavy neck curls 3x per week , along with extensions for the back and sides of neck + rotations. If I’m ever too busy to do the full routine I’ll just do max effect isometrics to prevent atrophy. Improves dimorphism and helps tighten your skin to make your face appear leaner
- Chewing falim gum + mouthguard clenching, a couple days per week (massage after dont give urself tmj) , not too much bc you dont want your bigonial width to surpass your bizygomatic width and look like connor murphy jfl. Some say that hard chewing can make your ramus longer over time but I really did not see much of a change
Mid ROI - Other methods with some improvment
Gymcelling
- (adding the height for reference) 5’6 120lb malnurished xc runner to 5’10 165lb lean (14-16% bodyfat) athletic build from 15-17
- focusing on shoulders + lats (+ neck) for wider frame. got normal clavicles for growing my side delts makes them appear wider.
- stopped hard training legs months ago (just do some light explosive calisthenics here and there, and iso holds for tendons and atrophy prevention) and they’re basically the same size and now i can grow my upper body faster, since im not fatigued as shit from going ape shit on leg days 1-2x per week , which is optimal for aesthetics bc as long as u dont have chicken legs and you got noticeable size and definition on them than ur good and also it looks goofy and feminine if your legs are wide from front compared to your upper body and rn im tryma atrophy my glutes rn bc everytime i did any hinge or squat movement like 90% of the stimulus went to my fucking ass jfl.
+ doing this makes it easier to not be sore stay agile and loose for martial arts training / sparring + physical tasks and its. my recovery is really good for upper now.
Eyebrow + eyelash grooming
- Aquaphor on eyebrows in morning makes hairs appear thicker
- Castor oil on brows + lashes at night (gonna start derma stamping soon)
- I already had good eyebrow shape and thickness so doing this just enhanced and gave them a lil boost (lol ts the only thing on my face that i really get complemented on)
- not gonna dye my brows cuz i got blonde hair and dark brown brows(ideal for my contrast/coloring) so ill just look retarded if dye them any darker and no im not dying my hair fuck that i like being unique.
Bonesmashing for zygos, chin, browridge
- At first, I didn’t think it would do much. I expiremented and did it consistently for around a month , saw noticeable results, than stopped for 2 weeks and the results stayed so I continued doing it.
- Of course the results are nothing compared to surgery but it definitely can make a small difference which matters, so just make sure to keep facial harmony in mind and dont make yourself look like and uncanny autist. use moderate-light force and dont give yourself cte. chin you can do more frequently and zygos and browridge prob less imo. I tried infras for a lil (u gotta be real careful and light) and it did jackshit, gonna have to get fat grafting for my recessed infras in the future its fucking up my harmony bad

More skin treatments
- Skin dermabrasions - helps smooth my rought skin texture and scars from having bad acne for a prolonged period of time
- Co2 fractional lasering - i plan on doing this in the future . expensive but worth it for ppl like me with damaged and scarred skin
Simple shi (no reason not to do most of these)
- growing out hair and styling it to balance w facial thirds (sun on hair makes it look better)
- lumify eye drops
- teeth whitening
- brush lips -> scrub w wet then dry washcloth -> apply aquaphor / vaseline rosy lips right after
- moisturize + tinted spf (ts makes a big difference for me since i got some acnes scars and it makes my coloring look way better too) (or bb cream)
- tretanoin (what i use after stopping accutane)
- controlled sun exposure without spf for coloring
- caffeine occasionally when im bloated to reduce facial water retention
- basic health improvements: sleepmaxxing, reduced emf + bluelight exposure
- (starting this tmr) hydrocortisone for making nose tip thinner to improve nose tip to mouth ratio and make mouth appear wider
Some random shi
- Thumbpulling: did it consistently for a few months and my maxilla became wider and more forwardly grown , but i cant credit all of those results to thumbpulling because i was growing with proper nutrition during this time, but i can say it help a miniscul amount.
it sucks tho bc you rlly gotta spam it a lot for it to work. i think its worth it if you are in the start or middle of your puberty. + ig worth trying at the end if you shi is recessed.
- zygopulling - same as ^ , but the results were even less, barely any chance , low roi imo
- eye training / squinting - can improve eye shape and expression but can also cause wrinkles if you do it too much so rememebr that.
on the other hand expression control will help a lil w eye area too w out that drawback, slight squint , while being relaxed and tilted that outer edge of your eyebrows up, massaging your frontalis muscle (and not activating it too)
conclusion
so yeah pretty much most of my “ascension” came from improving skin, hair, coloring, and getting leaner.
my overall facial bone mass/projection went from bad to mid
now sitting at lmtn-mmtn front w/ a ltn side (recessed infraorbitals cooking my ass + lower third could be better, still able to get some play tho) (and no im not posting a full face pic on here)
to be real im most likely not reaching htn without hardmaxxing
currently researching different courses of action for the near future and once im fully informed, and able to fund it then the real ascension happens, so i just gotta be patient for now
