just read the forums bro
start it off by first:
geting a hair cut,
trim your eye brows,
shave all the random hair off of your cheeks, it makes you look like you don’t take care of yourself,

then taking things to lighten and smooth out your skin tone, changing the shape of your eye area, fixing your posture; i can’t see your shoulder but your head position causes me to believe it need work.
