i’ve been doing chin tucks and neck curls daily (normally 30 reps each) and i was wondering if there’s any other workouts i should try because im trying to fix my posture as i heard it could help a lot, any workout/softmaxxing tips at all for me?

chin tucks are cope but neck curls are good but you would need surgery to fix this. nice front. bad side
 
just debloating growing your eyebrows with minox or less effective but effective castor oil shaving/shaping them will help a bit but do you know what you look like with shorter hair? i dont think the big sort of middle part is doing you any good at least not now and also better fitting black shirts make anyone look a little better target sells good ones i use goodfellow crew necks cause boxy/baggy tops dont look good unless your really built or its apart of an outfit

this was about a month ago when my hair was longer, normally i have it at the top of my eyebrows and i won’t have as much volume on the sides, i’ve noticed the less volume the sides have the more narrow my face looks. also thanks for the tips
