well i dont train everyday but i train enough to defend myself and others, im decent and mma has helped me a lot but i see the long term damage behind it and thats one of the reasons i dont spar everyday ,It is something I have noticed that mma fighters even they're short still look taller than they actually

eye area and bf % is the most important imo i can help you indivually in pm but like for eye area dye ur eyebrows or use minoxidil on them and also use lumify drops and also use castor oil on ur lashes. also for bf js eat clean limit sodium and hydratewhat are important details in the face that are easy to change through softmaxxing,
